Prayer for Bolivia
Today we turn to You in prayer for a blessing of Bolivia and the Lutherans living there.
Merciful God,
Today we turn to You in prayer for a blessing of Bolivia and the Lutherans living there. As we look at the difficulties the country is facing, we ask You to take care of all those suffering from economic hardship. Give them hope, Lord, and guide Bolivia to the path of stability and development.
Grant that Bolivians may gain a sense of security and that peace may prevail in this country. Give wisdom and courage to the Bolivian Evangelical Lutheran Church so that it can develop its evangelistic and educational work, and continue its health promotion work.
May the Holy Spirit fill the hearts of Bolivians with love, faith and hope, so that they may be courageous witnesses to Jesus Christ. May their evangelization efforts bear fruit and the Church grow in numbers and strength to serve the people of Bolivia in various areas of life. We entrust our Church and the Church in Bolivia to you, in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen
