Prayer for India
Dear God, we come to you today with humble hearts, grateful for the love and grace You have poured out on us. We ask You to support, bless and protect all Lutherans in India. We pray that You will guide and strengthen their faith and that they may always feel Your closeness.

We pray for the communities in India where Lutherans live and work, we hope that these communities will be surrounded with peace, justice and compassion.
We ask that You heal existing divisions and conflicts and bring reconciliation and unity. We also pray for the clergy of the Lutheran Churches in India, that you would give them wisdom and courage to lead their communities in Your ways.
We ask that they may share Your love and truth with those who are around them and that many may come to know You through their witness.
Be a light to all those who need your care. Teach us how to be Your witnesses in the world. We pray to you through Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen
