Polish stamp marks 500 years of Reformation
On February 28th The Polish Post Office issued the stamp and envelope that commemorate 500 years of the Reformation.

Two churches: Evangelical Church of the Augsburg Confession and Evangelical Reformed Church requested to issue the stamp.
On the stamp there is a first sentence of the introduction to the 95 theses of Martin Luther: "Out of love for the truth and the desire to bring it to light, the following propositions will be discussed at Wittenberg".
The author of the stamp is Andrzej Gosik. Stamps are printed in photogravure technique on fluorescent paper format 31.25 x 39.5 mm, with a circulation of 250,000 copies. On the occasion of the jubilee there was also prepared FDC envelope and the occasional date stamp. It contains logos of two churches: Lutheran and Reformed.
