Let us pray with Kraków
Our hearts and prayers are with Kraków in this time of grief.
My heart trembles within me; the fear of death has come upon me; dread and trembling have seized me, and terror has overwhelmed me. Ps 55:5–6
We are all deeply moved and horrified by the shooting in Kraków. There are no words adequate to express our feelings, so all that remains for us is to mourn the victims, to pray for the injured and their families, for the city, for all the services involved in public safety, for the police officers and doctors saving lives, for our parish in Kraków, for our country and for ourselves.
During our services, let us pray for peace of mind and for an end to evil.
